Lincoln Museum and Usher Gallery, Danes Terrace, Lincoln LN2 1LP

The main archaeology gallery at Lincoln Museum is currently closed whilst the museum undergoes a complete refresh.  This exciting project involves updating all the displays, and creating a new, immersive experience that showcases Lincolnshire’s history, right back to its very earliest inhabitants.

The museum’s Muse Coffee Bar and the Usher Gallery both remain open as normal.

One hour Guided Tours are available at the Usher Gallery and Roman Posterngate remains (located at Saltergate in Lincoln town centre).
