Precious Ancient Greek artefacts were donated to our museum in the early 20th Century.

Investigate our Ancient Greek collections and find out what life was like in the city states.

Our workshop sessions include the following:

• Museum Investigation – Domestic Life of the Greeks . Find out how the Greeks spent their leisure time and take part in a symposium party.
• Digging the Greeks – What does the archaeology tell us about Ancient Greek? Find out in a mini dig.
• Life in Ancient Greece – Explore aspects of life in the city states of Ancient Greece via our historical role play drama about the Greco-Persian Wars
