Each of our films takes you on a journey around Lincoln Castle focusing upon the history of the castle from 1068 to 1217.
- LT60 – Film 1a* (8m 15s) – an engaging introduction to Lincoln Castle for Key Stage 1 pupils.
- LT60 – Film 1b* (12m 3s) – includes more detail and technical words to support Key Stage 2 pupils and is a great introduction for early Key Stage 3.
- LT61 – Film 2 (24m 10s) – provides a detailed case study of Lincoln Castle to support older Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level students. This film gives an overview of the main events, collections and buildings on site at Lincoln Castle. The aim is to link to examination courses and it includes details of the Battle of Lincoln 1217, Magna Carta and Charter of the Forest as discussions regarding law and order in Norman times in addition to medieval castle details.
